What you're buying, and what you're not

Licence grant

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one copy of the work for your own personal or internal professional use. You may store it on devices you control and print copies for your own reference.

Restrictions

You may not, without prior written permission:

• redistribute, share, publish, lend, resell, sublicense, or transfer the file or any substantial part of it;
• upload it to a file-sharing service, a public repository, a course platform, a learning management system, or a shared corporate drive;
• use it, in whole or in part, as training, fine-tuning, retrieval, or evaluation data for a machine-learning model;
• remove, alter, or obscure the copyright notice.

Quotation

Brief quotations in reviews, articles, and commentary are welcome and permitted without permission, with attribution to the author and title.

The Judgment Multiple

The framework itself — the definition, the formula, and the catch-rate discount — is published separately under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 with a permanent DOI. You may use, teach, build on, and republish the framework freely, including commercially, provided you attribute it. That licence covers the framework. It does not cover the text of this book or the Toolkit, which are all rights reserved.

File integrity

Master-file SHA-256 hashes for every purchasable file are published at ignatiustheyoungerai.com/verification. Your purchased copy is byte-identical to the master and should hash to the published value — that is your proof of an authentic, unaltered copy. Each order is recorded against the buyer's name.

Team and organisational use

Licences for multiple readers, internal distribution, or inclusion in a learning management system are available. Contact the publisher. Distributing a single-user copy to a team is a licence breach, not a grey area — and it's cheaper to ask.

Refunds

All sales are final. Digital files are delivered instantly on purchase; once delivered, the sale cannot be undone, so refunds are not offered. Read the sample first if you're not sure.
